Delivery

We do not sell our wedding or prom dress on line - terms and conditions  that are layed out below relates to our lingerie items only

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer.

Some items that show as in stock on our website have slightly longer delivery times – around 10 days. This is usually because they are not available at our shop, and we may have to be ordered in. If you place an order for one of these items, we will recall it from our shop,  or order it in and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can.

Postage Charges

We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. Please let us know if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.  Charges for postage and packaging to UK destination is £2.99.  Deliveries to rest of the world is £7.50

Overnight Delivery

For £6.50, we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability). These orders must be placed by telephone before 1pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery. Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 7 days. Please be aware that post and packaging  cost is not refundable.  The address  your package needs to be returned to is  9 Wellington Street, Luton, Beds,  LU1 2QH 

Customs

If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be
